I think that for it’s time the multiple switch panels were needed since automation was not as advanced. All the same functions are being performed but now we trust the computers more than the Astronauts. They’re only there in case something goes seriously worng, and to perform tasks once on the station itself. Love the clean design of the Dragon vehicle .
